DRUM CAMP 2011 STALL HOLDER INFORMATION Drum Camp 2011 will take place in the heart of East Anglia. Situated between Bungay and Halesworth off the A144. The event runs from Thursday 7th -Sunday 10th July. We traditionally set aside a space for market traders. This a great chance to have an opportunity to sell your goods over the event weekend, and add to the general festive environment. We have all manner of traders at Drum Camp including; instrument sellers, clothing, crafts and arts and charity stalls, making up a colourful 'High Street' of varied stalls and shops . If you wish to sell something at the event, or take a pitch for a stall, we have a simple procedure whereby you buy tickets as normal for how ever many people are part of your stall ie: 3 staff, purchase 3 tickets through the booking form tab opposite. Towards the end of the event, usually around 5pm on the sunday, we will visit your stall and ask for a 10% commission charge. For example; if you turn over £500 worth of sales, we would expect £50 fee. This is a system that works well over the years. We suggest all stall holders arrive by thursday 3pm to set up, as the site access starts to fill up after this time. You can arrive on the wednesday if you prefer. Please contact us in the first instance to tell us about your stall so we can plan the layout of the traders area. You can contact us either by phone, or through theemail link below.
